It is designed to make the ecosystem easier to discover, help community members find one another, and give companies and institutions a more informed starting point for engagement.
The INDEX is an evolving resource. Its value grows through participation, verification, and responsible use.

- Sector, discipline, and type of work
- Location in Portugal, and links to the wider Lusophone ecosystem
- Stage: idea, early, operating, or established
- What the person or organisation is looking for — clients, capital, partners, talent, visibility
- What they can offer others in the ecosystem
- A public contact point, only where the person agrees to one
