Ana Martins is a Cape Verdean Portuguese entrepreneur and ecosystem builder based in Lisbon, and the founder and president of MELLA Supply.

Her work connects Black and Afro Lusophone founders, professionals and businesses with visibility, resources and economic opportunity. MELLA's early focus on beauty, wellness and lifestyle businesses grew into a broader commitment to building the relationships and infrastructure that make business growth possible.

Ana is also the co-founder and leader of The Fam Kitchen Group, a family driven hospitality venture rooted in her Cape Verdean heritage and developed from a business started by her mother. Her experience as an operator brings a practical perspective to MELLA's work: understanding the customers, resources and relationships businesses need to move forward.

An active connector across communities and sectors, Ana serves as a European Commission Opinion Leader and works with Web Summit through MELLA's Community Partner role.

SDC is a global social impact agency supporting Black and brown leaders through fundraising and investment, strategy, project management and professional coaching.

Danielle is a consultant, philanthropist and mentor committed to the leadership of Black women and emerging social impact leaders. Her work centres sustainable models, alternatives to extractive systems, and space for joy and rest in social change.

Her earlier career included leading human rights campaigns in Sub Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia with The Carter Center and the General Board of Global Ministries. Her insights have appeared in Nasdaq and Runner's World UK, and she lectures on racial equity, social impact strategy and disruptive investments in the United States, Brazil and West Africa.
