Ana Martins

Founder and President

Ana is a Cape Verdean Portuguese businesswoman based in Lisbon. She founded MELLA Supply and runs The Fam Kitchen with her mother. At Web Summit she went from founder (2023) to Community Partner to Women in Tech Ambassador (2026). She is also an EU Commission Opinion Leader and a faculty mentor for the Cabo Verde Digital programme.

Danielle Taylor

Strategic Disruption Consulting · Program partner

Danielle is the founder of Strategic Disruption Consulting, a global social impact consultancy. She co leads the Black Capital Exchange with MELLA Supply and brings the investor side of the program.
